Scope of Application

Mainly used in the cement industry: for removing iron from the coarse powder after powder selection by the powder selector and the fine powder before grinding after pre crushing the clinker, to prevent iron particles from grinding.

The magnetic circuit of Wormtech accumulates internally, thereby improving the production efficiency of the mill and the specific surface area of the cement. The iron removal before the cement filling process can automatically clean and discharge the heavy and light iron impurities mixed in the cement, ensuring stable production operation.

Technical Features

The deformation shell rotates into a magnetic system, which structurally increases the role of the magnetic system. Coupled with a unique separation mechanism, the separation of iron impurities is more thorough. Using high temperature resistant and strong magnetic neodymium iron boron magnetic material, with high magnetic field strength. The whole machine is connected in series in the powder conveying pipeline, with flange type connection, making installation convenient. Iron removal and unloading are automatically completed, and equipment operation does not require dedicated supervision. Using permanent magnets as magnetic sources, there is no need for power consumption, low-power electric slag discharge, low electrode consumption, compact structure, stable and reliable operation.
