Scope of application:
The RC DB series dry electromagnetic iron remover is a device used to remove Thai iron from powdered or block shaped non-magnetic materials. It is made of electrical specific resin and has a self cooling fully sealed structure. Has a large magnetic penetration depth Strong suction, dust-proof, and anti southward Corrosion resistance and other characteristics ensure reliable operation even in extremely harsh environments
Working Principle:
The working principle of the dry electromagnetic iron remover is based on electromagnetic induction and magnetic field attraction, and the removal of ferromagnetic impurities is achieved through the following steps:
1. Magnetic field generation: After the equipment is powered on, the excitation coil generates a strong magnetic field.
2. Adsorption of impurities: When the material passes through a magnetic field, ferromagnetic impurities are magnetized and adsorbed onto the surface of the magnetic material.
3. Impurity removal: When the adsorbed impurities reach a certain amount, they are removed by a self dumping mechanism (such as an iron unloading belt) and dropped into the iron collection box to restore the adsorption capacity.
Specific process:
The material is conveyed by a conveyor belt to below the iron remover.
Ferromagnetic impurities are adsorbed onto the surface of the iron unloading belt by the magnetic field.
After the belt runs to remove impurities from the magnetic field area, they fall into the iron collection box due to gravity.
The self dumping process does not require manual intervention, ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of the equipment.
This design effectively prevents ferromagnetic impurities from causing damage to subsequent equipment and is widely used in industries such as thermal power generation, coal, metallurgy, etc.
