Dual-Chuck Synergistic Clamping for Stable Processing
Adopts front 4-jaw hydraulic chuck and rear 3-jaw pneumatic chuck, delivering dual-point stable clamping. The front chuck provides strong grip (clamping force up to 80kN) for thick-walled pipes, while the rear chuck ensures precise positioning, eliminating pipe deflection during high-speed rotation (up to 80rpm) and cutting.

Equipped with servo-driven rotary axis and dual-chuck synchronization control, achieving rotation accuracy of ±0.008° and positioning precision of ±0.015mm/m. Supports 0–60° bevel cutting, spiral slotting, and complex 3D contour machining, with edge roughness Ra ≤0.8μm—no secondary deburring needed.
