It is suitable for metallurgy, mining, water conservancy, hydropower, sand and gravel plants, and environmental engineering fields.
Core technology: Adopting magnetic aggregation technology to composite magnetic system, the magnetic field strength can reach 1350mT, and the recovery amount is 2-3 times that of similar equipment.
Energy saving design: The cycloidal pinwheel reducer structure reduces energy consumption by 5% -25% and eliminates the risk of disk looseness.
Application scenario: The tailings processing capacity of iron ore beneficiation plants reaches 70-180m ³/h, suitable for -200 mesh coarse-grained tailings.
working principle
Its working principle is that the host disk is installed in a chute, and the slurry flows in from one end of the chute and passes through the gap between the disk and the disk. The magnetic minerals in the slurry are adsorbed on the surface of the disk, and the remaining non-magnetic slurry flows out from the other end of the chute. The host disk rotates, and the magnetic minerals adsorbed on the disk surface are carried out of the slurry surface. When entering the unloading area, the unloading device inserted between the disk gaps throws the magnetic minerals adsorbed on the magnetic surface into the ore collection tank, which collects and outputs them.
