It is mainly used for the treatment of minerals such as hematite, scheelite, quartz, and feldspar. Its core advantages include:

 

Key structure and working principle

Adopting a rotating ring vertical rotating structure, magnetic particles are adsorbed by a high gradient magnetic field, and the problem of magnetic medium blockage is solved by combining the recoil concentrate process and high-frequency vibration mechanism. The magnetic system is designed as a permanent magnet or electromagnetic structure, combined with pulsating fluid force to achieve mineral separation.

Large processing capacity: The processing capacity is 8 times higher than traditional equipment, and the electricity consumption per ton of ore is as low as 0.2 kWh

Strong adaptability: The upper limit of ore particle size can reach 2.0 millimeters, and the adaptability to fluctuations in particle size, concentration, and grade is outstanding

Intelligence: Equipped with an intelligent control system, it can achieve dual high concentrate grade and recovery rate
