Overview

Quantitative feeder is a continuous weighing, measuring, and quantitative conveying equipment used for solid bulk materials (block, particle, powder), widely used in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, and chemical engineering.  ‌

Measurement feeding system:

Quantitative feeding scale, also known as batching scale, batching belt scale or belt batching scale, generally refers to electronic belt scales that only measure the flow rate of materials, while quantitative feeders (belt batching scales) measure the flow rate of materials on the one hand, and on the other hand, transport materials from the feeding hopper to the outside at a pre-set flow rate.

4.Not easy to raise dust, there are two material blocking devices on both sides of the belt to ensure that the powder does not overflow.

5.Equipped with a belt deviation automatic correction device to ensure that the belt does not deviate, and a belt tension automatic adjustment device to ensure constant tension during long-term use, which is crucial for accurately measuring material weight.
