Powder iron remover

The CGB rotary semi-automatic magnetic separator is mainly used to separate ferromagnetic impurities from materials that are prone to caking or sticking. The rotating magnetic rod driven by a motor can prevent material blockage, thus ensuring that the product can fully contact the magnet during the flow process.

Installation methods: free fall, series connection of material conveying pipelines, and standalone use for bulk materials.

Application industries: food industry, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, plastic industry, wood industry, recycling industry, packaging industry, as well as iron removal for all 10-500 mesh fine powder materials such as quartz sand, potassium feldspar, mica, micro powder, fly ash, etc.

Its strong magnetism can remove ferromagnetic substances from flowing, dry, free-flowing, powdery, small granular (particle diameter <6mm), and flaky materials.

Standard calibers (mm): 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500. Customization is available according to customer on-site requirements.

Iron unloading method: manual removal.
