Magnetic rod, magnetic frame

Magnetic racks are installed or simply placed in storage bins, drawer boxes, hoppers, and other places to capture and remove iron filings, iron pieces, and other types of metal substances. For applications involving highly abrasive materials, special mention is required.

1. The shelf and pipe materials are 304 or 316L stainless steel, which are corrosion-resistant and pollution-free.

2. The standard magnetic frame is assembled by fixing or welding metal frames and magnetic rods with a diameter of 25mm arranged at a center distance of 50mm using screws.

3. The surface of the magnetic frame can be polished to meet the requirements for food or pharmaceutical use.

4. The maximum operating temperature of the product is ≤80℃. If needed, products with a maximum operating temperature ranging from 80℃ to 350℃ can also be provided according to customers' special requirements.

5. Ordinary type, easy-to-clean type, type with guide rods or guide plates, square type, round type, and other special specifications required by customers can be provided.
