Working principle of the iron remover:
When the coil is energized, it generates a magnetic field. The magnetic field forms a high-density magnetic field in the magnetic cavity through the magnetically conductive loop. The magnetically conductive mesh in the magnetic cavity is magnetized to produce a strong magnetic field. When the powder material passes through the magnetically conductive mesh group, the magnetic impurities in it are adsorbed on the magnetically conductive mesh sheets, while the non-magnetic materials are discharged through the discharge port. During iron cleaning, the coil is de-energized and loses its magnetism, and the magnetically conductive mesh also loses its magnetism at the same time. The magnetic impurities lose their attractive force and are discharged through the iron discharge port under the action of gravity and vibration force.
